The Sipani group is well known for bringing in modern technology into the Indian car industry during the 1980s. Long before the arrival of Tata motors and multinational car companies on the scene, the Sipani group took the bold step of launching its car Sipani Dolphin. The Dolphin was well known for its performance and ruled over the Indian race and rally circuit for close to half a decade.

The group entered the real estate sector in 2004 and has since maintained an unblemished track record for timely delivery of projects.
