Our journey started in the Interior Designing space with projects in corporate, retail, hospitality, public sector and residential spaces. With design education from the famed design institute in Milan, Italy Mrs. Shubha Mall our co-founder, has been institutional in creating vibrant, aesthetically beautiful and highly functional spaces. Our clients included the biggest corporate houses to MSME and residences. As the growth of Infrastructure in India took wings so did our company. In guidance of our co-founder Mr. Murugesan Thevar and Project Director Mr. Ravi Mall execution in the Public Infrastructure space took us to new heights. With dedication, hard work and the right team we excelled in engineering and impeccable execution. As an established project execution firm, we have developed working relationships with an extensive list of craftspeople that help us realize desired project solutions. With the Affordable Housing sector developing and being the need of the hour as is evident from the Government policies towards providing housing for all, we shifted our focus to the Affordable Housing sector and subsequently launched our own projects. Shubha Developers is land developer company working to construct housing projects on land parcels in sub-urban Mumbai. Our moto is to provide affordable housing to the masses with the best of amenities.
