In 1993 Palladium properties was established. Thus the projects were conceived and executed successfully in the developing suburban areas of Kochi,at a time when the loci of the established builders were centered around the city. As a true entrepreneur Mr. C.Vinod Babu Nedungadi Managing Director Palladium Propertieshe realized the potential of building flats in the suburban areas around Kochi. His mission was to provide economic flats for the middle income group. Thus palladium properties was conceived with the mission of providing budget flats for 3 lakhs at Edappally.
