‘Marian Infrastructures’, a partnership firm, established in 2008 was upgraded to “MARIAN PROJECTS PVT. LTD.”, a limited liability company in 2011. The Company caters to the Construction and Real Estate Industry of Dakshina Kannada. Construction contracts, real estate development, turn key projects, infrastructure works, maintenance of buildings form the core business activities of the Company. “MARIAN” team as a company has a rich experience of little more than 20 years in large magnitude projects i.e. refineries, multi storied housing complexes, townships, pre-engineered steel buildings, high grade concrete works, precast elements, composite buildings , institutional contracts. This experience forms a binder to the construction ethics of “Marian” and the role it plays in the Mangalore Construction Industry.
