Hitkari Welfare Society 

Our core committee team members are employees/ex-employees of AIIMS (All India Institute of Medical Science Delhi) who have a sole objective to build affordable housing residence for those who have always dreamt of buying a flat in Delhi NCR region but could not purchase their dream house due to extra ordinary price quoted by private builders. The society has a motive to establish a well-structured campus spread over 10 acres of land in Greater Faridabad for its members. The project is based on land-pool scheme. And we have acquired about 5 acre land with 130 members. Unlike private builders and other fraudulent societies we work with 100% transparency and the society committee members are open for suggestions and opinions to make the society better in all manners. Our project will be an exclusive community inspired by government and DDA apartment/campus. The bedrooms will be large-size and open for receiving the day light and fresh air, catering to the needs of a like-minded society. Day to day increasing the members under this society.
