Hindustan Housing Society 

It is a Co-Operative housing Society under the control of Central Registrar of Co-Operative Society, Central Ministry of Agriculture and Co-Operative Department. As a multistate co-operative society, we are authorized to operate in the entire states of Tamil Nadu and Kerala. Our society’s aim is to provide residential plots and houses at affordable prices. To address the financial constrains faced by people to acquire the property, our society will arrange 70% loan for buying the residential plot and 80% loan for building of houses. All our transactions are transparent and we accept only cheque, DD or Online Payments.
