Forus Initiatives, a building firm headquartered at Thrissur, the cultural capital of Kerala, was promoted by a group of four professionals from varied fields who wanted to create quality flats and villas, helping turn the housing dreams of the ordinary man into reality. We believe that trust is a function of the heart as well as the mind. And developed over numerous interactions, at different touch points, in our dealings with customers, partners and vendors alike.
