Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) 2015, was envisaged to provide “Housing for All” by 2022. Efforts are being made to streamline the process and create awareness about the project. Under the “Housing for All” initiative, the eligible applicants can track their PMAY application status online.
PMAY is being implemented in different parts of the country. The ambitious housing scheme has been categorized into two – PMAY (Urban) and PMAY (Rural). The scheme has been received positively and lakhs of people have already applied to avail the benefits of the scheme.
