Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our team who have a minimum of 2 years of experience in handling various tasks. Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounts Payable and Receivable:
- Assist with processing invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
- Maintain accurate records of payments and transactions.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely payments.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable statements.
2. General Ledger Maintenance:
- Assist in maintaining the general ledger by entering financial transactions.

3. Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative assistance to various departments as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.

4. Record Keeping and Filing:

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Tally prime, Zoho) and Microsoft Office Suite.
