Key Responsibilities and Duties:Program Planning & Execution: Design, launch, and manage daily operations for program based on client or organizational needs.
Coordination & Logistics: Manage scheduling, venue, and resource allocation, including coordinating with stakeholders, partners, or faculty.
Administrative Support: Maintain records of participant progress, manage documentation, and update reports.
Stakeholder Management: Handle communication and feedback with participants, volunteers, and partners.
Quality Control & Evaluation: Monitor program performance, evaluate effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement. Assist in forecasting, tracking and monitoring.
