Job Posting Rules

NOTICE: Fraudulent jobs will be deleted and corresponding accounts will be blocked.

Activities that are considered fraud include (but not limited to):

• 1Asking job seekers for upfront or periodic payment or requiring recruitment of other members, sub-distributors or sub-agents.
• 2Job listings containing a mobile number/email id/website in job title/description.
• 3Commission-only opportunities that are not clearly marked as commission-only and/or do not describe the product or service being sold.
• 4Complaints from job seekers related to the job posting.
• 5Job descriptions that attempt to sell, promote or advertise products or services.
• 6Duplication of jobs between locations in close proximity.
• 7Advertisement of sexual services or seeking employees for jobs of a sexual nature.
• 8Job titles containing city information mismatched with actual job location.
• 9Job titles that don’t accurately represent the job description.
• 10Inaccurate, false or misleading information.
• 12Pyramid schemes, "club memberships", and distributorship or multi-level marketing opportunities.
• 13Requirements to perform and/or participate in surveys, opinion gathering whether clinical and/or market research related.
• 14Jobs posted for unregistered business entities.
• 15Any screening requirement or criterion in connection with a job posting where such requirement or criterion is not an actual and legal requirement of the posted job.
